Calling all yoga teachers…

Looking to deepen your anatomical knowledge in a way that is actually relevant to your classes?

Completed your teacher training during lockdown and now want to offer confident physical adjustments in class?

Or perhaps you’ve been teaching for a while, but during this time your hands on skills became a bit rusty?

Hosted by Vics and Kathy, this 15hr CBD certified teacher training is an offering of our absolute passion

The Science of Movement & The Art of Touch

During the pandemic, Vics and I were both teaching on online 200hr teacher trainings.

In a time like no other, when the whole world had to pivot, and distance was a must, we noticed teachers being birthed into the business of yoga with wonderfully advanced verbal cues, but lacking confidence in the physical adjustment department.

So, we’re here to help

Guided by an Osteopath, Sport Massage Therapist & Medical Acupuncturist, Vics and I are both senior yoga teachers with collectively over 20 years experience in the industry and over 5000 hours of teaching. We promise, you’re in good hands. Pun intended.

What our students are saying…

Kathy and Vicky, both super experienced professional outspoken, inspiring, enthusiastic practitioners and teachers. They have sprinkled this training with the right amount of knowledge, practice and most of all sense of humour - reflecting their own unique personalities. I would highly recommend this course and all the courses they may create in future. Totally in love.

-Alena, London 2023 Training

This 15 hour anatomical journey of the body offers a deeper, applied understanding of anatomy and therefore how to offer safe, confident and transformational physical adjustments to your students.

Physical adjustments have many purposes beyond ‘correcting’ a pose. They serve to improve students’ proprioception, explore deeper expressions, stabilise, regulate the nervous system and much, much more.

Therapeutic touch and physical adjustments are profound ways to elevate your students experience, but can be daunting to offer. With so many people reporting injuries from adjustments and yoga influencers often posting about avoiding this, we’re here to change the narrative!

Gaining deeper anatomical knowledge is the key to reading bodies in motion, being able to assess when and how it is appropriate and finally offering a mindful, intelligent adjustment.

Whilst we will explore over 35 poses, Vics and I have refined our technique and offering in a way that means you will be equipped with a thorough checklist of considerations and exemplary technique to approach absolutely any pose on any body.

What our students are saying…

I’m really satisfied of this training and it was totally worth it! Kathy and Vics are brilliant teachers, explained everything so well and managed to keep us engaged for the whole time. We all had so much fun practicing together and I came out of it feeling like a more knowledgable and experienced teacher, like I had much more to offer to my students. I really couldn’t recommend them more!
